We have a specialised team who deal with dangerous or obstructive trees. The nature of dangerous trees dictates that they fall when they want, not necessarily between working hours. This is why we run a 24 hour emergency call out service in Norfolk and Suffolk to deal with any tree felling as soon as it arises.

The team arrived at our property at the time arranged, first thing we noticed was the vehicles were spotless, the 3 men all had the appropriate machinery and PPE, once set up they went about their work in the most efficient way imaginable, we were conscious that this is potentially dangerous work, yet each was aware of each other at all times, they were polite And courteous At all times, they were amazing to watch, team work at the best! The owner of the company came and made the estimate. He kept me informed about the date that the work could be done. The young men who did the work were polite and friendly and were appropriate in their social distancing. They arrived, confirmed what was to be done and got on with it. I was very pleased with the results and they even tidied up and swept the patio before they left. I would recommend this company.

Good liaison with Local authority re TPO and conservation area issues. Complex tree crowded site. Cherry-picker used to trim surrounding trees allowing access. Used at full extension to remove top and stage removal of trunk and large limbs fed to Timber Wolf as soon as they fell. Main trunk cut two cheeses for later firewood. Good safe team work. Site well cleared after work finished. Very pleasant crew.
